VISION CI
Vision CI is an initiative we launched to identify the tangible benefits of a greater integration of services and resources across the Channel Islands as a whole.

The Channel Islands are increasingly vulnerable to global events and trends and the adoption of 'economies of scale' policies across all the islands could well be the most appropriate course of action to take in meeting these ever-greater external as well as internal pressures.
Following a series of successful presentations on the concept of a pan-CI approach to the delivery of public services, a case study entitled 'Vision CI' was produced both to record the evidence already gathered and to widen constructive debate.
We are now moving the whole initiative forward with the release this Autumn of an enhanced 'Vision CI' strategy document setting out how future CI public services can be delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.
