OUR APPROACH

To meet a client's key business objectives and always enable sound judgements to be made on how to plan ahead at strategic as well as operational level, the following research framework and client interaction are applied whatever the project specifications:

1. Data Gathering

The ongoing analysis of latest international and national trends is all important. This work takes account of global economic and social projections, the ramifications of geopolitical tensions, the implementation of climate change strategy, and the level of infrastructure investment as well as effectiveness.

To assess the specific island impacts and risks resulting from these global influences, primary data and information from a broad sample of islands is also collected and interpreted on a very regular basis - READ MORE

2. Client Interaction

In Negotiation

A client's primary research and business requirements are identified at the very outset. At all times, the research process must be relevant to the client organisation and the sector it falls within. This ensures that the objectives of the research brief are fully met and that no areas of importance are overlooked.

Regular dialogue with key personnel within the client organisation is an essential part of the service given rapidly changing global, regional, and island circumstances.  These conditions are unlikely to change for some time to come.

3. Reporting Outputs

Meeting Room

Bespoke analysis and interpretation covering specific island portfolios and economic, social and environmental subject areas are undertaken for clients on a retained or project-by-project basis. One important element of the reporting process is the identification of best practice wherever this is being applied.

In-house CPD accredited Seminars focusing on latest global trends and the ongoing resilience of island communities, are also available to island-based organisations. To find out more about the Seminar programme - READ MORE
