Vision CI is an initiative we launched to identify the tangible benefits of a greater integration of services and resources across the Channel Islands as a whole.

The Channel Islands are increasingly vulnerable to global events and trends and the adoption of 'economies of scale' policies across all the islands could well be the most appropriate course of action to take in meeting these ever-greater external as well as internal pressures.
Following a series of successful presentations on the concept of a pan-CI approach to the delivery of public services, a Case Study entitled 'Vision CI' was produced both to record the evidence already gathered and to widen constructive debate.
We have now updated this Case Study to highlight the real benefits of a joined-up approach and how important the construction of a tunnel link between Jersey and Guernsey could be as an economic enabler. READ HERE
